Her Moon Expressions – Customer Service & Photography Policy
At Her Moon Expressions, our mission is to create visuals that reflect your true essence and empower you to show up confidently in your brand and business. We approach every session with care, collaboration, and creativity to ensure your experience is professional, aligned, and intentional.

1. Authenticity First
   We are known for capturing images that feel real, natural, and powerful. The photographer may provide guidance on the type or level of session based on your goals, brand identity, and comfort level. Our direction is always meant to serve your highest vision while maintaining emotional honesty and style.
2. Product Photography with Integrity
   Our product photography highlights your product’s true features while maintaining clarity, quality, and brand alignment. We avoid over-editing or artificial manipulation, so your product looks both professional and authentic. To ensure the best results, we ask clients to send us their best-condition product samples, cleaned and ready to be styled.
3. Payment Policy
   To honor the creative energy, preparation, and time invested in each session:
   The session’s cost is collected before booking.
   All payments are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduling is needed with proper notice (24 hours).
4. Photo Ownership & Portfolio Use
   All images are the creative property of Her Moon Expressions. We retain the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use. If you have privacy or embargo concerns (e.g., pre-launch campaigns), please notify us in advance to discuss terms.
5. Edits & Delivery
   Each session includes a set number of edited photos, professionally retouched in our signature style. We do not provide raw files. Clients will receive a proof gallery to select their final images. Additional edits or image purchases can be arranged at an extra cost.
6. Creative Direction & Styling
   We bring a thoughtful approach to each session, offering mood board development, shot planning, and styling ideas based on your unique brand energy. Our goal is to help you feel seen and supported throughout the creative process.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
   We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. In case of emergencies or illness, we will work with you to find a new date.
8. Liability
   Clients are responsible for their own safety while on studio premises. Her Moon Expressions assumes no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions.
